Terms and Conditions
ticketshop.hr is an online store for selling tickets for events, owned by the company Event Market d.o.o. The company Event Market d.o.o. also owns the booking system for purposes of selling tickets and organizing third party events, the third party being the Event Organizer. ticketshop.hr is a trademark under which the company Event Market d.o.o. performs these activities.
In agreement with the organizer, who also represents the performer or the subject of the event as a whole, ticketshop.hr books and sells tickets for events by doing so directly on behalf of the organizer, as a form of a commercial service, for the events which are entered into its booking and sales system, or allows the organizer to use their system, for a fee, to sell tickets.
The access to events for the ticket holder is granted by ticketshop.hr on behalf of the organizer, under condition of prior consent from the venue owner, a license agreement or a contractual relationship. This is done by means of independently controlling the access to the venue on the day of the event employing own or existing, manual or automatic access control methods and systems. Alternatively, access is provided by the organizer, the venue owner or the party using the event venue in the capacity of a third legal party authorized to do so by the organizer and/or ticketshop.hr, and using the tickets purchased via ticketshop.hr system to control access.
A ticket is an object, information or a digital good that allows access to the event for which it was purchased via distribution channels provided by ticketshop.hr. ticketshop.hr guarantees the security of the system and the validity of the tickets purchased exclusively through the official sales channels presented on its website. All types of tickets that ticketshop.hr offers are used in a way that the first person to use the ticket gains access to the event, unless the ticket is a personalized ticket, associated with the first and last name of each single customer, in which case the customers may at any time verify their identity by presenting their public identification.
Each ticket, regardless of the medium of its delivery is considered as completely equal in standing and has the same legal effect. The manner in which individual tickets may be used may differ and depends on the technical capabilities and the organizer of the event. Each ticket sold through sales outlets which are not owned by ticketshop.hr shall become valid only upon receipt of the full payment of its cost.
Sales channels in the ticketshop.hr system comprise the online store at https://ticketshop.hr, a partnering sales network advertised on the website https://ticketshop.hr and the box offices at event venues. If the organizers so require, tickets can alternatively be sold through other channels as well. However, in that case the organizers shall provide a notification of this information posted on the official event page within the ticketshop.hr site.
ticketshop.hr operates in the exclusive capacity of a ticket agent and cannot be held responsible for refunds in case of event cancellation, change of venue and/or date of the event. However, ticketshop.hr shall in accordance with the law in the event of unforeseen circumstances endeavour to secure refund from the organizers. ticketshop.hr may not be held accountable for any programme changes brought about by the organizer. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to subsequently change the price of tickets.
ticketshop.hr cannot be held liable for tickets lost in the mail nor can it be held liable for the delivery by third parties i.e. by the post office or other delivery service providers. Claims for damages resulting from the non-delivery of tickets cannot be accepted by ticketshop.hr.
By purchasing the ticket the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any other rules of conduct or directions as specified or issued on-site by ticketshop.hr, the organiser or event venue. By purchasing the ticket, the buyer or visitor unconditionally accepts the following: entry to the event/venue is not possible without the ticket; no other document or the proof of ticket purchase (invoice) will not be accepted in place of the ticket; return and exchange of tickets after the purchase is not possible; by leaving the event venue the ticket becomes void if the organizer has not specified otherwise; failing to comply with the rules of conduct and ticket misuse may lead to the visitor being removed from the venue without the right to compensation; the buyer shall not fold, crumble, computer-manipulate or otherwise alter the tickets printed on paper or distributed electronically in a way which may damage or alter the ticket’s linear or 2D barcode for automatic ticket verification; ticketshop.hr cannot be held responsible for any problems arising out of damage and changes to the linear and 2D barcodes and/or other physical damage to the tickets after the purchase; until entering the event the buyer shall keep the tickets in a safe place and take special care to keep them from unauthorized copying; ticketshop.hr cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misplacement, theft, forgery and unauthorized copying of tickets - each identical copy of a ticket, whether printed on paper or distributed electronically, is valid so the access to the event shall be exclusively granted to the first person to use the ticket, while subsequent complaints shall not be considered.
Ticket Returns and Refunds:
In the case the event is held on schedule, rain or shine, once purchased ticket may not be returned. Not attending the event by the purchaser may not be considered as a basis for any kind of refund. All online ticket orders and purchases or tickets bought on official points of sale are binding and can neither be cancelled nor subsequently altered. Should the event be cancelled or re-scheduled, it may be possible to return the ticket, with consent of the organizer, and receive a refund less the cost of purchase fees and ticketshop.hr system service fees. In this event the conditions for ticket returns and detailed instructions will be posted on the event pages within the ticketshop.hr online store. Should the event be cancelled or postponed, the ticket may only be returned at the sales outlet where it was originally purchased up to two months from the originally scheduled date of the event and ticketshop.hr shall promptly publish such information on their website and notify the sales outlet. General deadline for refunds in case of event cancellation or a change of date is two months from the originally scheduled date of the event, and may be received at the sales outlet where the purchase was originally made, unless otherwise stated on the event pages within the ticketshop.hr website. In the event of cancellation or a change of date or venue of the event, or any other changes related to the holding of the event brought about by the organizer, the expenses incurred (e.g. public transport, hotel etc.) shall not be reimbursed. Should the price of admission in the meantime be changed by the Organizer, only the price printed on the ticket will be taken into account for the purposes of refund.
Complaints and Customer Service
All grievances, complaints about service and questions by customers should be delivered to the email address email@example.com or submitted through a dedicated web feature on the https://ticketshop.hr website. Complaints can also be submitted by phone by calling Customer Service or in written form to Event Market d.o.o, Mrkšina 36f, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
Other Terms and Conditions
The visitors agree to visual or audio recording of themselves as part of the audience without restriction. Bringing to the event any equipment for recording of sound and images, as well as beverages, food, bottles, cans, weapons, fireworks or any other object that could endanger the safety of visitors or are not allowed by the event organizers is prohibited. WARNING: LOUD MUSIC CAN DAMAGE YOUR HEARING!
Delivery fee is charged in amount up to 30kn per ticket, depending on the type of the event and the delivery option.
Print @ Home tickets are delivered to the customer via e-mail to the address listed in the customer’s profile. The tickets are delivered in Adobe PDF format and to view them a PDF reader is required, which can be found at this address: http://get.adobe.com/reader. If the notification of availability for your print@home ticket does not arrive in your email inbox within an hour from the time of purchase, please download the ticket directly from your user profile at: http://www.ticketshop.hr/en/user/profile/. ticketshop.hr cannot be held liable for damage caused by entering the wrong email address in the user profile or the inability to deliver the tickets caused by technical problems on the side of the email service provider. Once you have successfully saved your print@home ticket to your computer, print it on the ISO standard A4 sheet of paper. The receipt will accompany your ticket. Please do not cut out the ticket as it will only be valid as long the ISO A4 sheet on which the ticket has been printed remains intact. Instead of cutting it, fold it using the markers on the ticket. Keep the ticket in a safe place until the day of the event for which the ticket was purchased as the entry to the event is only granted to the first person to use the print@home ticket. Upon arrival at the venue use the print@home ticket in the same way as you would a traditional printed ticket or follow the instructions of the organizer. The print@home ticket option may be accessible for only certain events for which this option is highlighted on the page where you may select the method of ticket delivery, and the compensation to be paid for this delivery option may depend on the location of the event or a business decision of the organizer or ticketshop.hr.
eTicket tickets are tickets in electronic form which are delivered to the user's mobile device in the form of an application, SMS message with a textual code, MMS message with a 2D barcode or to the user's email account in the form of a 2D barcode attached to the email message confirming the purchase. eTicket as a delivery option may be accessible for only certain events, and the compensation to be paid for this delivery option may depend on the location of the event or a business decision of the organizer or ticketshop.hr.
3. Postal service
Only the printed tickets which also count as a receipt may be delivered by postal service in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you purchase a ticket as a legal entity and you require an additional receipt, please contact us at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and request the additional receipt. A printed ticket is protected by visible and invisible means of protection and any attempt at counterfeiting is considered a criminal offense under the laws of the Republic of Croatia and shall be most heavily penalized. A printed ticket grants access to the person in possession of it at the entry to the event, and any subsequent complaints and theft reports shall not be considered. In case of ticket return the buyer shall cover all the mailing costs and the refund procedure can only begin once the returning ticket was received by ticketshop.hr.
Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post) - tickets are quickly and safely delivered by Croatian Post. On receiving the goods you are required to check for any damage and immediately advertise it to the courier who has delivered the goods or you may refuse to accept the delivery which displays visible external damage. The price of delivery is variable and can be found on the web page where you opt for a delivery option. This delivery option is available up to one week prior to the day of the event.
CityExpress - tickets are delivered by CityExpress courier service. On receiving the goods you are required to check for any damage and immediately advertise it to the courier who has delivered the goods or you may refuse to accept the delivery which displays visible external damage. The price of delivery is variable and can be found on the web page where you opt for a delivery option. This delivery option is available up to three days prior to the day of the event.
3.2 International orders
Delivery to international addresses is done exclusively via DHL express mail service. On receiving the goods you are required to check for any damage and immediately advertise it to the courier who has delivered the goods or you may refuse to accept the delivery which displays visible external damage. The price of delivery is variable and can be found on the web page where you opt for a delivery option. This delivery option is available up to 15 days prior to the day of the event.
4. Pick up
You may pick up the tickets only if in possession of a corresponding voucher which will be sent to the email address which is listed in your user profile after the purchase. Vouchers are delivered in Adobe PDF format and to view them a PDF reader is required, which can be found at this address: http://get.adobe.com/reader/. If your voucher does not arrive in your email inbox within an hour from the time of purchase, please download the voucher directly from your user profile at: https://www.ticketshop.hr/hr/user/profile/. ticketshop.hr cannot be held liable for damage caused by entering the wrong email address in the user profile or the inability to deliver the tickets caused by technical problems on the side of the email service provider. Once you have successfully saved your voucher to your computer, print it on the ISO standard A4 sheet of paper. The receipt will accompany your voucher. Please do not cut out the voucher as it will only be valid as long the ISO A4 sheet on which the voucher has been printed remains intact. Keep the voucher in a safe place until you can exchange it for a ticket. The voucher option may be accessible for only certain events for which this option is highlighted on the page where you may select the method of ticket delivery.
4.1. Pick up at a sales outlet
For the events for which this option is available, the tickets may be picked up at the ticketshop.hr sales outlets. For the service of printing a ticket at the outlet, a fee shall be charged in the amount posted on the page where you may opt for a delivery option when purchasing tickets through ticketshop.hr online store.
4.2. Pick up at the box office
For the events for which this option is available, the tickets may be picked up the day of the event at the box office on the event location. For the service of printing a ticket at the box office, a fee shall be charged in the amount posted on the page where you may opt for a delivery option when purchasing tickets through ticketshop.hr online store. In the event tickets cannot be picked up at the box office due to a decision of the organizers, yet this may still be done at a location near the event venue, you shall be notified of this by the organizers. Please follow the instructions of the organizer.
Delivery fee is charged in amount up to 5% of the total amount, depending on the type of the event.
1. Cash at a sales outlet or box office
You can pay using cash at a sales outlets and the box office. All fees and surcharges for purchases made at sale outlets or box offices are indicated on the ticket, which also serves as fiscal invoice. Never pay a price higher than the one indicated on the ticket.
2. Credit card at a sales outlet or box office
Payment by credit card is possible only in sales outlets which can accept credit cards and at the box office for events whose organizers accept this type of payment. The information on the possibilities and conditions in regard to credit card payments at outlets shall be posted on the pages of individual events which are entered in our system, i.e. on our website.
3. Credit card in online store
For all events in our online store you can buy tickets by a credit card.
For payments in our online store you we are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards on the Internet. CorvusPay ensures complete privacy of your credit card data from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your payment card data in their entirety. Neither can your data be accessed by CorvusPay system operators. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping them completely secure the entire time.
The form for entering payment data is secured by an SSL transmission cipher of the greatest reliability. All stored data are additionally protected by hi-grade encryption, using hardware devices certified in accordance with the FIPS 140 2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay fulfils all of the requirements for safely conducting online payments prescribed by the leading credit card brands and operates in compliance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard - the highest security standard in the payment card industry. Payments made by cards enrolled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.
All information collected by Corvus Info is considered banking secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it was intended. Your sensitive data are fully secure and their privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.
Security controls and operating procedures applied within the CorvusPay infrastructure not only ensure current reliability of CorvusPay but permanently maintain and enhance the security levels of protecting your credit card information by maintaining strict access controls, regular security and indepth system checks for preventing network vulnerabilities.
4. Direct payment into the account
For the events for which this payment method is made available, you may select it on the page where payment method selection is presented. The tickets that you have selected in this manner will remain booked for a sufficient time for you to make a payment and inform us of it. When the payment has been recorded by ticketshop.hr, you will be notified by email and the tickets will be delivered to you in accordance with the selected delivery option. If you have not made the payment prior to the expiry of the booking or ticketshop.hr has not received the payment prior to the expiry, the booking will be cancelled and the system will automatically return the ticket to free sale. In the event the payment has been received after the booking was cancelled, the system will automatically assign the customer the best places in the same price range. If there are still tickets in the same price range, until the time when tickets are forwarded to delivery, the customer may request other tickets by calling the Customer Service. In the event that upon the cancelation of the booking all tickets in the selected price range have been sold out and/or other places may no longer be assigned, ticketshop.hr may not be held liable for possible damage. In this event, the money paid shall be fully refunded to the customer, minus eventual bank transaction fees.
Statement of Conversion
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). For purchases from abroad, the amount your credit card account will be charged for shall be displayed in the online store converted into your local currency according to the current exchange rate of the association of credit card service providers. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Protection of Personal Information
Your personal information is protected and shall not be forwarded to third parties. Your personal information is kept only in order to facilitate the processing of orders.
ticketshop.hr uses your e-mail address primarily in the process of ordering tickets. We will send you cancellations, postponements and other important information about the events. Also we will send you informations, upgrade options and offers issued by the event promoters but only for the events you purchased tickets for. In case you do not wish to recieve such emails, please use the "unsubscribe" option within the email itself. Furthermore, we will notify you of significant improvements in our website/webshop/shopping procedure and/or significant changes in out Terms and Conditions. In any case, ticketshop.hr does not send unsolicited advertising messages via e-mail or share your e-mail address with third parties.
Using our online service constitutes an agreement have your information used and stored. Any changes in our business which are related to privacy and data protection will be posted on our website.
Personal data processing consent
By purchasing a ticket, I give my consent to Company Event Market d.o.o., III Pile 13, 10000 Zagreb, OIB:57396458809, or an authorized person of the Company (hereinafter referred to as: Event Market) as a seller who sells event tickets on behalf and for the account of the organizer of the event may use/process my personal data as follows:
The data that Event Market collects and processes for the purpose of selling the tickets, based on the customer's consent, are as follows: name, date of birth, address, e-mail address.
By purchasing a ticket, I hereby confirm that before signing this consent, I was aware of the following:
- Event Market is a personal data controller that collects the personal data to manage the access to the Event Market ticket purchase customer platform.
- The subject personal data is a prerequisite for a purchase of tickets for the events organized by 3rd party Event organizer and are collected solely for that purpose.
- As a personal data controller, Event Market may share the above personal data with: legal entities with which they have concluded data processing contracts (Corvus Pay d.o.o., which provides payment service, i.e. credit card payment processing in our web shop), event organizer and authorized legal and natural persons who use this data for the purpose of organizing events based on all applicable regulations and the Public Assembly Act and other related laws governing the obligations of a public assembly Organizer.
- Event Market may use the above data in regular processing for the purpose of providing access to the purchase platform to its customers, for marketing purposes when it is necessary to fulfill their contractual obligations arising from a business cooperation agreement with the organizer for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from marketing contracts and/or business cooperation contracts in a period from the start of the sale to the day of the event or until a buyer withdraws personal data processing consent.
- For the purpose of exercising my personal data rights, I have the right to request from the personal data controller:
- access to my personal data,
- rectification or errasure of my personal data,
- restriction of processing that applies to me,
- lodging a complaint to the data processing,
- right to data portability,
- withdraw this consent if such withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
- In case of misuse due to which my data protection rights have been breached, I also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.
Customers have the right to withdraw consent to the data processing for any of the purposes stated in this consent. They can do so by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and indicating which consent they want to revoke.
